the location of the hotel is super convenient, really close to sandton city and the train station. staff were always nice and helpful, made me feel welcome. enjoyed the fitness center too! breakfast had a good variety of food, felt like a great way to start the day. the garden in the back was a lovely spot to unwind.

the room could have used a mini fridge, and the noise from the hallway was kinda annoying at times.

I almost gave a good review, but then I remembered all the neglect. not impressed, garden court.
